Our decades of experience using cloud services and our partnership with AWS have taught us how to effectively acquire, implement, and develop cloud skills. We have developed a proprietary training and implementation methodology – LCLoud’s Cloud Competencies” that develops the experience, skills, and knowledge of engineering teams. Engineers are trained on cloud services through a dedicated proprietary training platform. They also benefit from dedicated mentoring projects led by experienced trainers (also certified by AWS) and senior solution architects and senior DevOps and DevSecOps who share their experience in cloud computing.
In addition to gaining theoretical knowledge, engineers continuously test and refine their cloud skills through hands-on work in R&D projects. This talent development program supports preparation for for AWS certifications and participation in customer projects. In addition, our engineers participate in dedicated AWS partner training and Immersion Days.
Many of our customers value our effectiveness in developing cloud talent and entrust us with building and implementing Cloud Center of Excellence projects.
